Applications are now invited from Community and Voluntary groups in County Meath for funding from the Local Enhancement Programme.

The Local Enhancement Programme 2024 is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development.  

It will support groups, particularly in disadvantaged areas with funding to carry out necessary repairs and improvements to their facilities, energy efficiency type projects and purchase of equipment.

Meath Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) is responsible for allocating funding to projects. The total allocation for Meath for 2024 is as follows:

• €154,488.81 for capital funding for use towards carrying out necessary repairs and improvements to their facilities, energy efficiency type projects and purchase of equipment.
• €30,897.76 capital funding ring-fenced for Women’s Groups.
