The Indaver Community Liaison Committee (ICLC) is a joint Community, Developer, Local Authority Forum created in compliance with Planning Decision PL17.219721.

The ICLC’s remit in the administration of the Carranstown Environment Projects Grant Scheme is to assess and recommend the disbursement of funds to qualifying projects. 

Its recommendations shall be submitted to the Laytown Bettystown Municipal District Councillors for endorsement.  This endorsement will in turn be submitted to the full Membership of Meath County Council for approval in accordance with established protocols.

The scheme is being funded through the proceeds of the Community levy for the Indaver Waste-to-Energy Treatment Plant.
