Meath County Council in conjunction with Paul Hogarth Company Consultants has prepared an Urban Design Plan for Flowerhill and Abbeylands, Navan.

Vision: ‘Flowerhill – A vibrant Town Centre Community, proud of its past and confident of its future.’

The completed plan accompanied by a Natural Impact Statement is now available to view below and at the following locations:

• Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291. Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 1.00pm & 2.00pm and 5.00pm.
• Meath County Library / Navan Branch Library, Railway Street, Navan C15 RW31

Please note the development options and layouts for the former County Council Site within the study area are indicative and for illustrative purpose only. The redevelopment of this part of the study area remains under review by Meath County Council.
