Summer Stars 2024: Heritage and Wildlife Workshops

Learn more about Ireland's wildlife with author Emma Jane Leeson

Using the stories of Johnny Magory and Lily-May, this fun workshop involves reading the books then learning about Irish wildlife and heritage through discussion, music, writing, drawing and movement with Emma Jane Leeson, one of Ireland's leading children’s book authors.

Suitable for children aged 4 - 7

Booking is essential. Check branch for availability. 

This event is part of our Summer Stars Reading Programme and there is a limit of 2 workshops per child.

Event participants need to be members of the library and signed up to Summer Stars. If you are not a member of the library but would like you join we can sign you up on the day of the event.
