Navan Library Magic Tummy Time
Magic Tummy Time is a special time for babies who haven't started to crawl yet. Babies can play beneath the beautiful light projections of our interactive Tovertafel (Magic Table) whilst parents and minders get to know each other. We’ll have books for babies and books on parenting on display.
According to the HSE, Tummy time helps to strengthen baby’s head, neck, and back muscles. Your baby can begin tummy time as a newborn and continue to do it throughout their first year.
