Bealtaine 2025 - Art Class with John Carpenter

Thursday, 8th May (Bettystown), Friday 9th (Dunboyne) and Friday 16th May (Kells)

Have you ever wanted to explore your artistic side but didn't know where to start? Well now you have a chance with this practical Art Class with John Carpenter. John will teach you the techniques of drawing and painting and you'll leave the class with a finished work to display proudly at home.

All materials are supplied and the class is suitable for beginners and all artistic levels.

Booking is essential as places are limited.

Bealtaine 2025 Art Classes with John Carpenter

John Carpenter is an Art Teacher and semi-retired jazz singer, and is also a children's book author. As a child he always drew but spent 35 years in a sales/marketing position. In his mid 50s he had some heart issues and made a decision to attempt to engage in his first love, art. Since then he's been engaged in introducing art to people who for various reasons felt that art wasn’t for them and for some reason you had to be 'somewhat special' to engage in art . He loves to see students confidence grow as their long hidden talents emerge.
