Meath County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 and Section 46 of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009, as amended, herby gives notice that it has prepared a scheme for the provision of new bus facilities at five locations, consisting of 7 No. separate bus stop facilities and associated pedestrian facilities.
The proposed scheme provides for the following:
provision of new bus stop facility infrastructure including, but not limited to, new road markings, bus stop poles, flags, and carousel display units.
The locations of these proposed new stops are as follows:
- four in-line bus stops in Johnstown Village
- one in-line bus stop on Academy Street
- two in-line bus stops in Blackcastle Estate
The plans and particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority listed below:
