Golden noted the fantastic work and achievements of the voluntary groups, which demonstrates a real pride the people of Trim Municipal District have in their locality.
One of the highlights of the night was the award of the “Grow Your Own” prize to Trim Family Resource Centre who were acknowledged for the work they do in providing a space where the young and the ‘not so young’ can come together in a creative, fun and productive way to grow their own food produce.
