NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT – MOYNALTY STEAM THRESHING FIELD
In accordance with the above Regulations, Meath County Council proposes to carry out the following development in Moynalty, Kells, Co. Meath.
The development will consist of installation of lighting around the existing perimeter walkway in the Steam Threshing field. The lighting bollards will be approximately 950mm in height and there will be 16 no. lights located around the walkway. Works will also include associated ducting and foundations for lighting bollards.
There is also a Recorded Protected Structure (ME00502) Mound structure and a Water Pump, Recorded Protected Structure (MH011-224) located within the boundary of the proposed development site.
The development has been the subject of an Appropriate Assessment screening in accordance with Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
The plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at http://idocswebdpss.meathcoco.ie/iDocsWebDPSS/listFiles.aspx?catalog=planning&id=P818007 or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority from 1st May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing, to the Local Authority: Planning Department, Buvinda House, Meath County Council, Dublin Road, Navan or emailed to planning@meathcoco.ie on or before 4.00p.m. on Friday, 15th June, 2018.
