Contracts for a social housing development in Athboy were signed on Thursday, 15th August 2024 as part of the Governments Housing For All programme. 

The development of 47 residential units will be Phase 2 of the Connaught Grove estate and consists of 22 no. 3-bed units and 25 no. 2-bed units.
