Construction work commenced in Fairgreen in September 2024 and it is expected to last for approximately 12 months. This will result in a temporary reduction in parking spaces in Fairgreen and Bedford Place car parks.
To minimise disruption for retail, services, and businesses in Navan Town Centre, Meath County Council has taken proactive measures by offering free alternative parking for customers.
From Monday, October 7th, Meath County Council is providing an additional 120 free parking spaces at COMMONS ROAD ENTRANCE to GAA Páirc Tailteann, a 8-minute walk from the Fairgreen.
These parking spaces will be available from Monday to Friday. This arrangement aims to ensure that customers still have convenient access to parking while the construction work is ongoing
