Discover the joy of reading and make new friends with the junior book clubs at Meath Libraries! 

We have regular monthly meeting of Junior Book Clubs (for children aged 8-12) in most of our libraries. 

Our book clubs are free to join, and all the books we read are provided by the library, making it an accessible and exciting way for young readers to explore new stories and make friends at the same time!

Junior Book Club members will be supplied with the books and will meet each month to discuss their books and engage in related activities or quizzes. These meetings will be facilitated by members of staff, ensuring that discussions are engaging and that activities run smoothly. This supportive environment will help foster a love for reading and provide a space for young readers to share their thoughts and insights.
