The Council provide On-Street and Off-Street parking in the town of Navan.

Times of Operation

Pay Parking is in operation in Navan between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday.
Please note that Pay and Display is not in operation on bank holidays

Fees

All On-Street parking is at the rate of €1 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours.

Off-Street Parking is provided at the following locations for €1.20 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours

• Abbey Road Car Park
• Fairgreen Car Park

Off-Street Parking is also provided in Kennedy Place at a rate of €1.40 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours.

All Day Parking at a rate of €2.40 is provided in the Ramparts Car Park and O'Mahonys Car Park

Moathill Park & Ride, Moathill, Navan

This carpark is free to park in at present. Access from N51. Bus services available.

Garlow Cross Park and Ride, Philpotstown, Navan

This carpark is free to park in at present. Access from R147. Bus services available. 

Free Long Term Parking in Navan during Roadworks on Fairgreen

Free Long Term Parking in Navan is available during roadworks on Fairgreen car park at:

🅿️ Moathill Park & Ride, Moathill, Entrance on N51 adjacent to St. Patrick's School, available all day Monday to Sunday. NX Bus service terminus at Moathill Park & Ride, timetables at https://www.buseireann.ie/routes-and-timetables/nx
