Clonmagadden Strategic Development Zone (SDZ)

The Minister for the Environment decided to designate the Clonmagadden Valley, Navan, as a residential SDZ under Part IX of the Planning and Development Act 2000.

The Government Order came into force on 1st July, 2001. The development agency specified in the Order is Meath County Council.

 An Bord Pleanála approved a Planning Scheme for the Clonmagadden SDZ in May 2004. A copy of the Clonmagadden SDZ Planning Scheme is below. The Planning Scheme forms part of the Navan Development Plan 2009-2015.
