The competition is open to local authorities in the Eastern, Midlands and Dublin region. The project partners with the Rediscovery Centre, the National Centre for the Circular Economy, which provides a creative movement connecting people, ideas and resources for greener, lowcarbon living.
As part of their entry, students will be asked to:
a) Create an outfit from second hand, pre-loved or unwanted clothing and textiles
b) Create a storyboard documenting the process, and
c) Undertake research into the fashion industry and detail this research as part of the competed submission form.
