MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL (COMPULSORY ACQUISITION ORDER) (NO.DSCA01) 2020, (NO.DSCA02) 2020

Take notice that MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as “the Local Authority”) in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the above Acts has on the 21st day of January 2020 made Vesting Orders in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

The effect of this Order is to vest the said lands on the 20th day of February 2019 in the Local Authority in fee simple free from any encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind (other than any public right of way).

A copy of the Vesting Orders and of the maps referred to therein may be viewed at the offices of Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, County Meath C15 Y291during normal office hours.

ALL THAT AND THOSE part of the lands at Townparks North in the Barony of Navan Upper in the County of Meath containing 0.0471 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/DSV01/2020 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio MH1351F of the register of County Meath and known as 15 Haggard Street, Trim, Co. Meath

ALL THAT AND THOSE part of the lands at Townparks North in the Barony of Navan Upper in the County of Meath containing 0.0654 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/DSV02/2020 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio MH57752F of the register of County Meath and known as 16 Haggard Street, Trim, Co. Meath
