Meath County Council’s e-Planning portal is now live and accepting planning applications online. 

The new portal www.planning.localgov.ie allows agents, developers and members of the public to lodge their applications and make planning submissions and observations electronically. The online system will run as an additional option to the existing paper-based system.

The new system offers improved efficiencies including:

• Online payment of fees by card and EFT
• Reduced Printing Costs
• Faster availability of information for the public
• Environmentally Friendly - Reduced usage of paper
• Delivers on the Government strategy to move more public services online.
