CLÁR (Ceantair Laga Árd-Riachtanais) is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small infrastructural projects in rural areas that have experienced significant levels of de-population.

Please note that on Bank Holiday Weekends all of our libraries close on the Saturday before the Bank Holiday Monday.

My Open Library Services are operational from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Bank Holiday weekends.
