Meath County Councillors have adopted the budget for 2020 which provides for expenditure of over €139 million on services next year, an increase of €15million from 2019.

Meath County Council has announced it will develop a model for STEAM Teams, which will be rolled out in 20 Co. Meath National Schools by the end of 2026, thanks to a donation of €299,000 from Meta.

Meath County Council Arts Office, in partnership with the Centre Culturel Irlandais Paris, are pleased to announce an exciting  Artists Residency Bursary for artists in Meath in 2020.

The Going Solo Graduate Award, originally launched in 2001 is designed to assist emerging Meath artists in the earliest stages of their artistic careers.

Following the May meeting of Meath County Council, the Arts Office is pleased to announce that 61 awardees across 5 streams of funding throughout the county were supported.
