Meath County Council is proposing to develop the Dunboyne and Clonee Pedestrian and Cycle Network, which will provide high quality, safe, continuous and consistent cycle and pedestrian facilities in Dunboyne and Clonee.
The Dunboyne and Clonee Pedestrian and Cycle Network is envisaged to be a flagship scheme for connectivity of the towns of Dunboyne and Clonee to both public transport hubs and the Greater Dublin Area Cycle Network.
This scheme has the potential to promote and enhance walking, cycling and the use of public transport by providing a superior network of footpath and cycleway connections for both towns’ residents.
The deadline for submissions on the Dunboyne and Clonee Pedestrian and cycle scheme has been extended until 7th June 2024 at 12:00 noon.
