Bealtaine is Ireland’s national festival which celebrates the arts and creativity as we age. The festival is run by Age & Opportunity, the leading national development organisation working to enable the best possible quality of life for us all as we age.

Meath County Council Library Service and Meath Arts Office have a diverse selection of events and activities as part of this year's celebration of Bealtaine. Teresa Carley will be visiting some of our libraries to take you on a musical trip down memory lane, we'll have some gentle but effective chair yoga and artist John Carpenter returns with his paint brushes to guide budding artists to create a finished painting.
