Meath County Council has made an order to close the N52 from Stephenstown to Woodtown, Co. Meath between its junction with the R162 and its junction with the R165, to facilitate resurfacing works on the N52 at locations from Stephenstown to Woodtown.

Meath County Council has made an order to close the N52 from Stephenstown to Woodtown, Co. Meath between its junction with the R162 and its junction with the R165, to facilitate resurfacing works on the N52 at locations from Stephenstown to Woodtown.

 

Duration

  • Closure from 9.00am on Monday, 21st October 2019 until 6.00pm on Friday, 8th November 2019.

 

Alternative Route

N52 Diversion from Ardee to Kells

  • At Mandistown junction turn right to travel northwest along the R165 into Drumconrath.
  • Continue on the R165 into Kingscourt.
  • In Kingscourt, turn left to travel south onto the R162.
  • Continue to its junction with the N52.

 

N52 Diversion from Kells to Ardee

  • At the junction of the N52 with the R162, turn left to travel north into Kingscourt.
  • In Kingscourt, turn right to travel southeast along the R165 into Drumconrath.
  • Continue on the R165 to its junction with the N52.

 

Diversion signs will be in place. Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.
