Temporary Closure of Railway Street (R161) in Navan, Co. Meath
Meath County Council has made an order to close Railway Street from the junction at the Solstice Roundabout (junction of circular road/ Leighsbrook/Trim Road) to its junction with Brews Hill/Trimgate Street/Cannon Row, in Navan, Co. Meath, to facilitate road pavement resurfacing, line marking and ancillary works as part of the Navan Town Scheme.
Details
The closure will be from Thursday, 30th January 2020 until Saturday, 1st February 2020 inclusive, during the hours of 8.00pm to 6.00am.
Alternative Route
From Solstice Roundabout to Brews Hill Junction
- Traffic is to be diverted east on Circular Road (R161) to the R147 Kells Road
- Then left, northbound on R147 to N51
- Then westbound on the N51 Navan Inner Relief Road
- Turn left onto L-3416-0 to Commons Road junction
- Continue onto Brews Hill.
- Diversion ends.
Diversion signs will be in place. Local access to residents and businesses will be accommodated. Pedestrians will be facilitated with access throughout the closure period.
