Proposed Temporary Closure of L5607, Woodfarm to Balfaddock (Knowth Monument), Co Meath
Meath County Council intends to temporarily close a section of L5607 between its junction with N51 and the junction of L1607 and L5607 Balfaddock. The closure will be in the immediate vicinity of the Knowth Monument.
The proposed closure will be from 8am, Tuesday 18 March to 6pm, Tuesday 25 March 2025 for 24hrs. per day.
This road closure is required to facilitate ESB cable ducting in the carriageway on behalf of the Office of Public Works.
Alternative Routes
Diversion route will be via the N51.
Diversion and information signage will be in place for the duration of the proposed work. Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.
