Proposed Signalised Junction of Clonmagadden Road with R162, Navan, Co. Meath
Meath County Council is opening a process of non-statutory public consultation on Wednesday 18 December 2024 around the Proposed Signalised Junction of Clonmagadden Road with R162, Navan, Co. Meath.
These proposed works are in the interest of the safety and convenience of road users, in accordance with Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended. The proposed development, which is the subject of this Section 38 notice includes the following:
Proposed Traffic Signals at the Junction of Clonmagadden Road with R162, Navan, County Meath
Provision of kerbing and junction definition
Provision of pedestrian footpath upgrades, crossing and tactile paving
Provision of appropriate traffic signs, road markings and road drainage
In advance of finalising these works we wish to consult with the public. If members of local communities, cyclists, pedestrians and other road users, interested individuals or groups, have any comments in relation to the proposed design, we will certainly consider those when developing the “Detailed Design”, which will be subject to funding.
Drawings and particulars indicating the proposals are available for inspection at the offices of Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291 during normal office hours from Wednesday 18 December 2024 to Friday 24 January 2025 inclusive.
