Please note children must be familiar with the Harry Potter Series.

Children’s Summer Reading Scheme – Summer Stars!
Join the summer reading challenge at your local library. On registration you receive a reader card, which is stamped after each book you read, and a book mark.
Read 4 books and you receive our fabulous summer stars bag. Read 8 books and you are put into the draw for a chance to win a Kindle Fire Tablet. Everyone who reads one book receives a certificate

Graduation Party
Graduation Party for all children who have completed the summer read on Saturday 1st September at 3.00pm. Come along for a fun afternoon to receive your certificate and a goody bag!

Heritage Week Exhibition
“Connecting Threads”—Make a connection- Share A Story
Exhibition will be held in Oldcastle Library from 18th to 25th August. Exhibitors are all locals who attend craft sessions in Kraft Kaffee. The Exhibition will open with a film “Phanthom Threads” which starts at 2.00pm on Saturday 18th.

All Welcome and admission is free.
Places in workshops are limited so booking is essential.
