Health and Happiness Workshop: Learn simple tools for mental and emotional well-being

Thursday, March 28th 2019: 7.30 –8.15

Booking Essential

We all need good physical health, but our mental and emotional health is just as important. Our psychological or emotional well-being is all about how we think, how we feel, how life affects us and how we cope with challenges, how we engage with others, and the choices we make.

The science of the breath has been proven by research institutes in Oslo, Harvard and Stanford, to help improve our cognitive thinking ability and to harnessing our attention to stay focused, which includes processing information, storing it in memory, and understanding this new information. By using our untapped lung capacity in a natural, holistic way, we can greatly improve our emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

The workshop inlcudes

• Light stretches

Practical Breathing techniques that you can apply in your daily routine to better handle situations, live with ease, and find more joy and enthusiasm in your activities

• Relaxation

• Question & Answer Session

Come and find out how Breath is a powerful tool to maintain our physical, mental and emotional well-being.
