Following in the Hoofprints of Pegasus

Even Pegasus started out small and had to earn his wings before taking flight in Greek mythology. Few people realise however that Pegasus was sent to equestrian school. The tradition that taught Pegasus what he knows is open to riders too.


Meath is famous for the wonderful horses it produces. The reason being, experience in horsemanship from breeding, breaking, livery and training. Lessons and trekking for all ages and standards are readily available in the equestrian centres on the following pages. The County is well known for its various types of equestrian schools and stables.
