NOTICE OF MAKING VESTING ORDERS
M3 CLONEE – NORTH OF KELLS MOTORWAY SCHEME 2002
Vesting Order Serial Numbers MH/V002/2012, MH/V003/2012, MH/V004/2012, MH/V005/2012, MH/V006/2012 & MH/V007/2012
Take notice that MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as “the Local Authority”) in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the above Acts has on the 10th day of August 2012 made Vesting Orders in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
The effect of this Order is to vest the said lands on the 7th day of September 2012 in the Local Authority in fee simple free from any encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind (other than any public right of way).
A copy of the Vesting Orders and of the maps referred to therein may be viewed at the National Roads Design Office, Meath County Council, Navan Enterprise Centre,Trim Road, Navan, County Meath during normal office hours.
SCHEDULE:
All that and those part of the lands at Piercetown in the Barony of Dunboyne in the County of Meath containing 0.030 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V002/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio 15939F of the register of County Meath.
All that and those part of the lands at Piercetown in the Barony of Dunboyne in the County of Meath containing 0.015 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V003/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio 10764 of the register of County Meath.
All that and those part of the lands at Woodpole, Carnaross,CountyMeathcontaining 0.022 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V004/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property which is unregistered land.
All that and those part of the lands at Derrockstown in the Barony of Ratoath in theCountyofMeathcontaining 0.026 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V005/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio 9399F of the register of County Meath.
All that and those part of the lands at Loughsallagh in the Barony of Dunboyne in theCountyofMeathcontaining 0.044 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V006/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio 11117 of the register of County Meath.
All that and those part of the lands at Piercetown in the Barony of Dunboyne in theCountyofMeathcontaining 0.026 hectares or thereabouts metric measure and more particularly described and delineated on the map referenced Vesting Order Serial No. MH/V007/2012 annexed to the vesting order being part of the property comprised in folio 25216 of the register of County Meath.
