NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DECLARE A ROAD TO BE A PUBLIC ROAD

 AT KNOCKS, DUNSHAUGHLIN

 

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that the road at Knocks, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath be a Public Road.  The road is located in the Townland of Knocks and extends from its junction with the R147 Main Street Dunshaughlin to a point approximately 193 metres west of the junction. 

 

A map showing the road proposed to be made a public roadway may be inspected at Ratoath Municipal District, Dunshaughlin Civic Office, Drumree Road, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath, A85 XK20 and at the offices of Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath C15 Y291 between the hours of 9.30a.m. and 5.00p.m., Monday to Friday from 15th November 2018 to 14th December 2018.

Objections or representations to the proposed declaration

  • may be made in writing to Director of Services, Meath County Council, Transportation Department, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath C15 Y291
  • or by email to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before 5.00p.m., Friday 4th January, 2019.

 

Respondents making submissions should note that Meath County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
