Bye-Laws in relation to the Segregation, Storage & Presentation of Household & Commercial Waste 2018 - The Bye-Laws come into force on Monday, 12th November 2018

BYE-LAWS IN RELATION TO THE SEGREGATION, STORAGE, AND PRESENTATION, OF HOUSEHOLD & COMMERCIAL WASTE 2018

 

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001 and Section 35(1) of the Waste Management Act 1996 that Meath County Council has made Bye-Laws in relation to the segregation, storage, and presentation of household & commercial waste within its functional area.

 

The Bye-Laws will come into force on Monday, 12th November 2018.

 

The Bye-Laws may be viewed on the Council’s website at http://www.meath.ie/CountyCouncil/Publications/ByeLaws/ 

 

A copy of the Bye-Laws is available free of charge during normal office hours at the offices of Meath County Council, The Environmental Department, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath, C15 Y291.
