Upgrade Of The Junction At Market Street/

Watergate Street/Emmet Street, Trim, Co. Meath.

 

Meath County Council hereby gives notice that it has prepared a scheme for the upgrade of the junction at Market Street/Watergate Street/Emmet Street, Trim, Co. Meath to provide improved traffic calming and pedestrian movements. It is hoped to complete this project in 2018.

 

The scheme provides for the following:

A.  Traffic calming works at the junction to include for a raised table and pedestrian crossings on all three streets

B.  Upgrade works on both footpaths on Watergate St from the raised table at the junction towards the bridge

C.  Traffic calming works at the existing pedestrian crossing on Market St at the Bank of Ireland to include for a raised table

D.  All ancillary works to include for drainage, road marking, signage etc

 

The plans and particulars of the proposed scheme are below, and will also be available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority at Trim Civic Offices, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim, Co. Meath or at Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath.
