KELLS TOWN APPOINTED STAND (TAXI) BYE-LAWS 2018

Notice to confirm the enactment and commencement of Bye Laws in respect of an Appointed Stand (Taxi) pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Taxi Regulations Act 2013.

 

Notice is given that under Section 25(1) of the Taxi Regulations Act 2013 Kells Town Appointed Stand (Taxi) Bye-Laws 2018 for Kells Town in the County of Meath were adopted by the Kells Municipal District at their May meeting 2018 and will come into effect from 16th July 2018.

 

 The adopted Appointed Stand (Taxi) Bye-Laws 2018 for Kells Town are available for inspection and a copy may be purchased for the sum of €5.00 each from the Transportation Department at the address below between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 1.00p.m. and 2.00p.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Bank/Public Holidays or the bye laws can be viewed at:

  • Kells Municipal District Offices, Town Hall, Headfort Place, Kells, Co. Meath, A82 W2R3
  • Meath County Council Offices, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291
