MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL – PLANNING NOTICE

 

Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended)

Part VIII of the Planning and Development Regulations (as amended)

 

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

 

In accordance with the above regulations, Meath County Council proposes to carry out the following development in Blackwater Park, Navan, Co. Meath located in the townland of Abbeyland.

 

The development will consist of installation of lighting around the existing looped walkway and within the carpark.  The proposed lighting columns consist of 6 No. 7M columns and 44 No. 6M columns.  The columns are standard galvanised public lighting columns.  Works will also include associated ducting and foundations for lighting columns.

 

The development has been the subject of an Appropriate Assessment screening in accordance with Article 6(3) of the EU Habitats Directive (Directive 92/43/EEC) and the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).

 

The plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at http://www.meath.ie/CountyCouncil/Planning/Part8s/ or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority from 13th June to 11th July, 2018.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing, to the Local Authority: Planning Department, Buvinda House, Meath County Council, Dublin Road, Navan or emailed to planning@meathcoco.ie on or before 4.00p.m. on 24th July, 2018.
