Proposed Temporary Closure of L-5019 MILLTOWN ROAD ASHBOURNE Co. MEATH.
Meath County Council intends to temporarily close the L-5019 Milltown Road in Ashbourne Co. Meath.
The closures will be as listed below;
- The L-5019 Milltown Road from the junction with the R125 at Donaghmore Bridge to the junction with the L-50191 Archerstown Road.
Period of Road Closure: Monday 10th April 2017 to Sunday 23rd April 2017.
This road closure is required to facilitate the laying of a new gas main
- Traffic travelling from the R125 Swords Road to Ashbourne:
Diverted traffic should continue west to the Nine Mile Stone Roundabout and turn right onto the R135 (old N2) and continue northbound for a distance of 2km into Ashbourne.
- Traffic travelling from Ashbourne to R125 Swords Road:
Diverted traffic should follow the R135 (old N2) southbound for a distance of 2km, turn left at the Nine Mile Stone Roundabout, and then follow the R125 towards Swords.
Local diversion and information signage will be in place.
Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.
